Designs By Teresa is housed in an Italianate-style 1890's building that served as a post office, restaurant, tack shop, and antiques store before Warrenton native Teresa Bowles opened her flower shop 24 years ago. In addition to the flowers and plants, the full-service shop offers a unique line of fountains and gardenware, as well as home accents such as lamps, custom silk flower arrangements, statues, and gift baskets.

Go up the spiral staircase and you'll find Tina's Bear Loft, run by Teresa's daughter. Every sort of bear you can imagine, ranging in size from one inch to five feet tall, has a place here. The Bear Loft features Steiff, Gund, Mary Meyer, Russ, Dakin, and many other brands; the bears live in a little universe filled with picture frames, rugs, bags, shirts, pillows, and more-all with bears.
